Step down to basement level 2 of a building just moments from the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station, and you will find Rohan, a concept cafe and bar themed around a storybook world. The casual space offers table service where guests can enjoy drinks and conversation with cast members dressed in charming costumes.

Guests can choose how they spend their time, opting either for a one-drink plan based on a 60-minute table charge plus their choice of beverage, or a 60-minute all-you-can-drink plan for leisurely sipping. If you are feeling peckish, the food menu includes signature drawn-on omelette rice alongside light bar snacks, edamame, and an appetizer assortment.

The drink list covers plenty of ground, spanning draft beer, whisky, and mixed cocktails made from various bases, as well as non-alcoholic flavored options such as fragrant osmanthus and caramel chocolate.
